Sky Park —
the resort's first high-rise

Sky Park is four buildings of 24 floors on the second shoreline. Before it, houses of seven to eleven floors were built at the resort, so this is the first real high-rise landmark.

The shape is recognizable by the rounded balcony slabs: they protrude like a wave and are visible on the concrete before the finishing. Several buildings at different stages work on the site at the same time.

• The frame is higher than its neighborsIn the frames the building has already risen noticeably above the surrounding development — this is the resort's first high-rise.
• Round balconiesThe balcony slabs are rounded at the corners and protrude like a wave — this is visible right on the concrete, without finishing.
• Two cranes per buildingTower cranes work over every growing building; next to them the neighboring buildings at an earlier stage are visible.
• A fence with the nameThe site is fenced with panels bearing the name of the project — this is how the frame is tied to the site.
